Responsibilities:

• Develop best method/programs to make positive impact on minority and at-risk children. Search and solicit membership in the Brunswick Arts Council among minority communities; both organizational and individual.
  

• Assist division presidents in locating persons or groups with talents appropriate for each Division; i.e. helping to find poets and writers for the Literary Arts Division or signers for the Performing Arts Division, etc.
  

• Work with each group and or individual within each division to develop and create programs that speak to the talent of the group or individual and help incorporate an multicultural component to each program, performance, show, etc.
  

• Discuss and develop programs with the president of the Brunswick Arts Council Student Art Education and Appreciation Division on the best methods and programs to reach and positively impact minority youngsters.
