  • By Laws state:
Seventeen board members permitted
Eligible for three consecutive years               
  • Restriction may be waived for one    
         additional term upon a majority plus           one  vote of the Board

  • Board main area of responsibilities
  Create budgets
  • Distribute and oversee use of grant    monies
  • Manage the operations and activities  of the Arts Council
